My computer won't recognize it at all so disk utilities has been no help. I searched the Western Digital support website for help and found nothing useful, so I called customer service. After about 20 minutes on the phone and countless tests, I was told to return the drive to the store from which I purchased it. I would not recommend this drive to anyone.
